A role you will love

We are looking for someone who will be proactive in supporting the goals and activities of the organisation and who enjoys collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless service so that office operational activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Office Administration
  • Office Facilities Management
  • Staff Engagement and Event Coordination
  • Site-based OHS & security card access and system management
  • Ad-hoc projects and tasks

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for somebody with a real passion for administration tasks. This role is the face of Computershare and seeking someone with excellent customer service skills as well as a high regard for administration and willing to support internal and external stakeholders.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Experience in administration or support roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated organisation and planning skills
