An exciting opportunity to join our growing Entity Solution team in Hong Kong. We are currently looking to recruit a manager to support the delivery of HK & APAC Governance Advisory and Managed Service client engagements to cope with our fast-growing practice.

You will be developing subject matter market insights, technical knowledge and service delivery templates, processes, tools and materials. You will also be essential in supporting the delivery of governance advisory and managed service client engagements locally and globally as well as maintaining relationships with client and other professional working parties.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Active member of Entity Solution team with responsibility for developing the Global Governance Services practice and range of service offerings to multinational clients
- Develop subject matter market insights, technical knowledge and global service delivery templates, processes, tools and materials
- Establish and maintain global client relationships
- Advise multinational clients on global compliance, governance and transaction related matters
- Lead the delivery of global governance advisory and managed service client engagements
- Support and develop service delivery team members and third-party providers across the global network
- Lead business development activities and client service contract negotiations
- Support business management and operational matters, including recruitment, resourcing, global network, finance and risk management
- As a Subject Matter Expert, contribute to a variety of global projects and initiatives as and when required
- Keep abreast of both internal and external influences to help shape continuous growth and development of the global Governance Services business and offering
- Manage, mentor and develop of team members
- Support the Managing Director for any ad hoc assignments as delegated
What will you bring to the role?
You will be a degree holder or above in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting or Law. Be an Associate Member or above of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI), HKICPA, or other professional bodies.
You will have proven expertise and experience in a company secretarial, corporate administration and governance capacity gained within professional firms or service providers. You will have ample knowledge and be well-versed in the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and other statutory and regulatory requirements of APAC countries.
In addition, you will bring effective business, financial and risk management skills and would have the ability to think and act strategically and commercially, whilst protecting the reputation of the company. Excellent and sound problem solving, and analytical skills are required.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- 7-10+ years' company secretarial, corporate administration and governance experience gained within professional services and/or industry. With practical experience in managing the global client's on-boarding and co-ordination work in different jurisdictions is an advantage
- Drive and enthusiasm to help develop, manage and grow the domestic/global Governance Services business
- Expert networking and communication skills, and the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels with clients and colleagues
- Awareness of legal, regulatory and governance trends and developments
- Attention to details and track record of producing high-quality work
- Resilient and composed under pressure, proactive, self-motivated, take ownership/responsibility for own work and work of others
- Effective business, financial and risk management skills and the ability to think/act strategically and commercially whilst protecting the reputation of the company
- Fast-paced, sound problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good command of spoken and written English with fluent Mandarin
