We're currently setting up a new office in Houston, Texas and initially, this role will be home-based. When our new office has opened, you'll transition to be based in the office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. A role you will love
As our Loan Administrator Analyst II, you will initiate and process domestic and international wire transfers. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all transactions are processed correctly and in compliance with regulatory standards. This role demands a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail to ensure error free processing of wire transactions.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Initiate and Process Domestic & International Wire Transfers
- Review Legal Documents - Assignment Agreements (AA), Transfer Certificates - to confirm all pertinent information is listed to create wires.
- Review Funding Memos - confirm wire amount and verify wire instructions to ensure accuracy to create wires.
- Utilize BPM and PACS systems to initiate, monitor and validate wire transfers in accordance with the company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve wire issues

As a process-driven individual, you will be the guiding hand as we deliver accurate and timely transactions to Corporate Trust accounts.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Minimum of 4 year of experience in financial services, accounting or analysis or Bachelor's Degree
- Prefer CLO-Collateral Loan Obligation experience
- Experience with Structure Finance, Securities Admin Services, Portfolio Admin, Debt Obligation
- Proven ability to analyses information and make independent decisions
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $40,730 - $61,095. This base pay range is specific to Houston, Texas and may not be applicable to other locations.
