A role you will love.

Learning Consultants are responsible for executing on the four-core work processes, Learning Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and Evaluation. In partnership with business stakeholders, and with support from their manager and/or Project Manager, Learning Consultants implement the design, development, deployment, and evaluation of performance solutions for the global business unit they are supporting.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with stakeholder(s) and subject matter expert(s) to identify current and needed skills for employees to perform the duties of their role successfully, efficiently, and correctly.
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of the learning and performance support solution.
  • Facilitate in-class or virtual workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the performance support solution.
  • Participate with other consultants or program managers on tasks related to the completion of various projects including project design, collection and research of data, report preparation.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S./B. Com) or equivalent; at least 6 years relevant experience in a Learning and Development role in multinational business environments in India.
  • Has knowledge of best practices in learning and development, including familiarity of facilitating systems training in a virtual environment.
  • Good communication skills in English; to be able to provide clear verbal and written communications to staff, peers, senior leadership, and onshore partners.
  • Preferred certifications, not mandatory though - ATD (Association for Talent Development or CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning & Performance) or ALFA (Action Learning Facilitation Award)
