Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Experience Lead to join our Communication Services team in Melbourne on a 6-month fixed-term basis.
Working within the Computershare Utility Services (CUS) division, this role focuses on enhancing capability and performance through innovative learning design. You'll collaborate across teams and with clients to support continuous improvement initiatives and deliver key project outcomes that make a real impact.

Join Computershare, as a Learning Experience Lead, where you'll play a key role in shaping impactful learning that drives real business performance. Reporting to the Manager, Quality & Capability Enablement, you'll lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning solutions that build capability across the Computershare Utilities Services team.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with a supportive, forward-thinking team to deliver a high-impact end-to-end project. Your work will enhance learning quality, support new and existing business needs, and help our people succeed through engaging, effective learning experiences.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Design impactful learning experiences using data, user feedback, and human-centered design to optimise engagement, retention, and performance
- Develop high-quality content across formats (e.g., workshops, digital modules, manuals) aligned with adult learning principles and business goals
- Deliver training sessions including inductions and upskilling programs, while supporting learner success through assessment and feedback
- Manage multiple learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities
- Review and enhance existing programs with evidence-based recommendations and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, co-design solutions, and ensure strategic alignment
- Leverage learning technologies to improve accessibility and scalability of training
- Drive quality through insights, advising on capability uplift and embedding quality-focused practices across teams

- Proven experience in learning and development, especially in designing and delivering effective learning programs
- Strong instructional design skills
- Experience using eLearning authoring tools
- Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in learning technologies and platforms
- Effective communication and and the ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders
