Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Lead Business Analyst role on the Communication Services Customer (CCS) Solutions team. The Lead Business Analyst will participate in work request estimation meetings and provide work estimates for work requests/projects and assign to Business Analysts. This position also requires working with the QA Team Lead to discuss QA work estimates by providing an overview of the project/solution requirements.

A role you will love
Team Support
• Train and mentor new Business Analysts to the team's standards.
• Participate in kick-offs of large projects in order to better support the Business Analyst team.
• Review project documentation that Business Analysts create.
• Ensure Business Analysts are performing to standards; escalate to Manager as necessary.
• Work on large projects as a Business Analyst as needed, or support another Business Analyst as the Lead.
• Perform yearly performance reviews.
Business Improvement
• Identify process and resource improvement opportunities, including maintaining process documents and knowledge base.
• Work with Solutions manager on creating or updating existing processes as deemed necessary.
• Participate in any service concerns related to the Business Analyst team and work with Solutions manager on mitigation.
• Investigate Client solution issues/gaps if issues arise and are escalated/assigned to the Solutions team.
CCS Teams Support
• Answer questions regarding a Client solution for Account Management, which may lead to an enhancement of their solution.
• Participate in project estimation meetings and provide Business Analyst effort estimates.
• Complete Business Analyst resource requests
What will you bring to the role?
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience in financial services or related industries in a technology business.
Bonus points if you have:
• Having direct reports in the past as a Lead or Manager.
• More than 5 years working in the Customer Communication Management industry.
• Experience in leading technical workshops with Clients and internal teams.

Compensation. The salary range for this role is $84,000 - $105,000 per year USD.
