Computershare are currently looking to recruit a Junior Test Analyst to join one of our Global Development squads within Computershare Technology Services.
You will be responsible for undertaking functional software testing to ensure that the level of quality delivered aligns with the organisational risk appetite through test analysis, design, implementation and execution, in line with agreed plans and strategies.

A role you will love
This position sits within a cross-functional agile delivery team to deliver new or enhanced capabilities across a portfolio of applications and supporting frameworks. You will be working alongside different business areas giving you vital exposure to key areas in Computershare.
As a respected member of the Agile team, you will work with stakeholders and your squad, to ensure that all software upgrades are comprehensively tested against functional requirements and operational scenarios, and that the software performs within agreed criteria.
Other key responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery of Test Analysis, Design, Implementation & Execution activities to assess functional suitability of software delivered.
- Use formal test design techniques to translate requirements into clearly defined, prioritised test cases.
- Ensures clear traceability between requirements / acceptance criteria and test cases.
- Define and follow test processes and ensure the test tools used are up to date.
- Understand and execute automation.
- Solicit feedback to clarify/understand requirements.
What will you bring to the role?
You will have a clear passion for the role and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Industry experience in BDD automation framework (With Selenium) using C# or Java.
- Application based automation and manual testing knowledge.
- ISTQB Foundation Certification.
- Basic scripting, database query and coding skills.
- Understanding of test environments, quality gateways and the route to production.
- Collaborates and communicates well, builds great working relationships, influences others, challenges effectively and responds well to challenge from others, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills.
