Location: Rome, Italy.

A role you will love
As part of the IT Support (Client Services) team, you will carefully and promptly plan all activities such as the procurement of technical resources (hardware and people), perform accurate tests of the IT systems, and prepare necessary resources to guarantee the continuity of service.
You will be provided with ongoing support and training monthly, to ensure you can do your role to the highest standard.
You will have the opportunity to support in the Shareholders' meeting management service.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Provide wide-range technical support and solve problems to make technology straightforward for clients.
• Maintain clear communication with the technology team and clients, ensuring all incidents and requests are handled effectively and within agreed service levels.
• Provide physical support for clients ensuring excellent workspace environments.
• Regular housekeeping of IT Equipment
• Asset Control and Security
• Supporting 2nd and 3rd Line support Teams
• Adherence to the scheduled timelines for each individual project activity to allow the Client Services team to carry out its tasks.
• Timely and efficient support for the Client's Technical Project Manager in solving unforeseen and unexpected technical requests.
What will you bring to the role
Within this role, you will be responsible for helping support the client service managers and their teams in the operations area. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, can work in a team (with colleagues, suppliers, and customers) whilst also being a strong problem-solvers, and has a high level of stress management and willingness to learn.
Other key skills required for the role include:
• Administration of systems and domains based on Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Experience in managing VMware virtualized systems.
• Familiarity with the configuration and management of LAN networks (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewall, switch, router, access point).
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) for the automation of operations.
• Excellent knowledge of English: B2 level or higher.
• At least three years of experience in the sector.
