JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: St. Paul, MN (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid position primarily based in St. Paul, MN. We're committed to your flexibility and wellbeing and our hybrid strategy currently requires three days a week in the office, giving you the option to work remotely for some of your working week.

This ten-to-twelve-week internship program will run from 1st June to August 2026. Successful interns may be offered returning internships and / or a full-time position with us upon graduation.

A role you will love

As a Junior Analyst there are two areas of supporting high-volume financial operations through wire creation and through trade settlement. Analysts initiate over 70 domestic and international wire transfers daily, reviewing legal documents, validating funding memos, and using internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. They collaborate with client teams to resolve transaction issues and maintain data integrity.

On the trade settlement side, the team processes 400-1,000 loan facility trades daily across multiple offices. They coordinate with the Wire Team, manage automated and manual settlements, and validate trade details to ensure timely, accurate execution. The role demands precision, speed, and strong system fluency to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Other preferred qualifications

  • Enrolled in an Economics, Finance/Accounting or Mathematics degree program

  • The base pay for this role is $21 per hour. This base pay range is specific to St. Paul, MN and may not be applicable to other locations.
