Internship - Accounts Receivable Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Bristol, UK
This is a hybrid position primarily based in Bristol, UK. We're committed to your flexibility and wellbeing and our hybrid strategy currently requires three days a week in the office, giving you the option to work remotely for some of your working week.
This ten-to-twelve-week internship program will run from 1st June to August 2026. Successful interns may be offered returning internships and / or a full-time position with us upon graduation.

As part of our Finance team, you'll gain hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, supporting daily operations that ensure financial accuracy across our global business. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams, learning our systems and processes while contributing to the timely recording of transactions, a vital part of our financial ecosystem.
A role you will love
As part of our Accounts Receivable team, you'll be responsible for managing key daily activities that support financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You'll be reviewing outstanding customer balances to ensure timely follow-up and resolution, allocating incoming cash payments with precision, and inputting customer invoices into external billing portals. The role also involves responding to information requests from internal stakeholders across the business, ensuring clear and prompt communication. In addition, you'll support various ad hoc accounts receivable duties as needed, contributing to the smooth running of the department.

Other key skills you'll bring to the role:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Autumn 2026 - Summer 2028 graduates)
Communicate with confidentiality and professionalism
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
You show a strong initiative to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Proactively take steps to achieve goals and manages time effectively to meet critical deadlines
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and ensures accuracy in the quality of work with effective organizational skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Other preferred qualifications
Enrolled in a Finance or Accounting degree program
