We are offering an incredible 10-week paid internship that will give you a front-row seat to the inner workings of the financial markets.
Corporate Services (COS) is our primary department within our Global Core Operations that coordinates all services provided to our listed issuer clients, including corporate actions execution, dividend payments disbursements, shareholder communications and shareholder meetings management. COS often interacts with other departments within Operations to achieve these objectives and ensure a timely service delivery that is also compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.
A role you will love
This is a full-time internship for ten weeks, starting on April 27, 2026 until Jul 3, 2026. We are currently accepting applications and will start inviting candidates for interviews in January. Face-to-face interviews will take place at the end of January and February.
During this internship, you'll support the Corporate Services team to deliver shareholder meetings administration services for Hong Kong listed companies during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) season.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate meeting logistics, such as venue and equipment setup
- Set up the system for online/on-site registration and voting
- Manage the registration process and count the votes at the meetings
- Assist the team with daily tasks and projects
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team managers
What will you bring to the role?
You're currently a student with excellent English and Cantonese communication skills. You're self-motivated, responsible and able to work in a team environment. Other key skills required for the role include:
