A role you will love
The role of Digital Transformation Internal Communications Manager is the opportunity for a dynamic self-starter to make their mark. You'll create and drive the internal communications for Voyager, our multi-year digital transformation program, creating compelling content to keep employees engaged and informed about the exciting digital and service improvements we're creating. You'll also partner with senior executives to craft employee communication strategies and manage engagement for the Global Chief Operating Office (GCOO) business team of 2,500 global operational, technology and project management employees.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage internal communication plans for the Voyager digital transformation project and GCOO employee engagement.
- Personally create and deliver high quality content through a range of communication channels, including emails, SharePoint articles, videos, town halls and presentations. Content should be engaging, relevant, and in line with corporate branding and communications guidelines. Note: in-house design resource is available for graphic design and video production.
- Maintain strong relationships with key business partners, providing strategic communication advice.
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for an experienced, stakeholder-focused candidate with significant commercial experience in delivering effective internal communications campaigns. From AI to contact centre processes to IT architecture, you will have the ability to quickly get up to speed with the many aspects of the Voyager program, to find and create a pipeline of engaging and accurate stories for our employees.
You'll be working with numerous senior stakeholders, therefore a natural aptitude for building and managing relationships is required.
Key attributes
- Significant experience in Internal and/or Change Communications, ideally within financial/professional services or technology.
- A proven track record of delivering regular, high-quality communications across various channels.
- Extensive experience in partnering with senior business stakeholders.
- Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, using strong copywriting skills to transform complex source material into clear, concise, and engaging communications.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, to create creative, on-brand and compelling presentations for employee events.
- Experience of working in a global environment - virtually, in the office and across time zones.
- The ability to work effectively and decisively with different teams, including Product, Technology, and Marketing
