The Finance function is responsible for providing Corporate and Client Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Reporting, Financial Control and Financial Operational and System support to all business units and functions throughout Computershare across all global locations.

The Finance Change Team is responsible for managing and delivering the finance change initiatives (regulatory or as defined by the Finance Leadership Team) related to finance processes, workflow, reports, system integrations and supporting transitions of future acquisitions or demergers.

A role you will love

The Finance Change Training and Communications Lead is accountable for shaping, implementing, and maintaining oversight of the strategic approach to process and systems training across Finance. The Training and Communications Lead will develop a fit-for-purpose methodology and build a centralised repository of artefacts, ensuring consistency and accessibility across all Finance teams.

Additionally, the role is responsible for all communication and training needs resulting from the strategic portfolio of Finance change initiatives. You will drive stakeholder engagement, develop structured training programs, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer to support transformation objectives.

Other key responsibilities:

  • Educate users and drive compliance in methodology, governance and quality.
  • Create a network of 'in team' super users who are responsible for document creation, training and communication in their area of Finance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify new process and training requirements, developing and implementing fit for purpose solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement ensuring cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure all mandatory and regulatory requirements are adhered to.

What will you bring to the role?

You will hold an extensive background in change management techniques and evidenced experience of successfully operating in a similar role.

The post holder will be adept at process mapping and documentation gathering, creating high quality communications across a variety of mediums. Alongside detailed understanding of Project Management lifecycles in Finance processes and operations.

Other key experience:

  • Decidedly experienced in sharing knowledge, training and educating others.
  • Practised skills in leading a team/ network indirectly to achieve results.
  • Previous operation in an ambiguous environment where business needs are constantly evolving.
  • Ability to work in the abstract and on conceptual issues.
  • Highly experienced in shaping and delivering process documentation, systems training and compelling communications to large diverse populations.
  • Proven track record of delivering goals effectively in a periods of complex change.
