CCT has years of experience in the US Corporate Trust market. This opportunity is focused on expanding our market share and net income through leadership of a team of experienced sales executives in the Corporate Trust business. The position has overall responsibility for managing the sales and business development of our trust and sophisticated agency services reporting to the CCT Head of Originations (Sales and Business Negotiations functions). You will have the opportunity to partner with CCT's division managers in our market leading trustee and agency services related to business sectors above. Further, you'll have the opportunity to partner with Computershare's market leaders outside of CCT including the Issuer Services and Transfer Agent businesses.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage, lead and develop a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed new business forecasts and grow revenues year over year.
- Formulate and lead the development and execution of market growth strategy plans in conjunction with sales, business negotiations and client services teams.
- Together with your team, identify and execute on product development opportunities to further expand the business
- Evaluate and formally approve of new business opportunities.
- Provide input, insights and commentary to line of business budget and reforecast projections.
- Develop partnerships across the company to identify and deliver additional services to Computershare customers.
What will you bring to the role?
As a senior manager within the Corporate Trust business, you will be an influential guiding hand impacting sales, forecasting, marketing, and product and market strategies as we growth and expand our portfolio, market share and bottom line.
Other key attributes required for the role include:
- 15+ years of experience in sales/sales management and/or relationship management in corporate trust services or related financial services.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or in lieu of military experience.
- Versed in the fiduciary and operational risks associated with trustee and agent roles.
- Proven effectiveness in managing client relationships.
- Proven collaboration and partnership/teamwork skills.
- Experience with effectively leading teams.

- Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $170,000- $250,000 USD
