This is a hybrid position-based in our Yarra Falls location. Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) is the division within Computershare responsible for providing administrative services, project management and plan design to clients and their individual employee plan participants.

A role you will love

As a Client Service Associate, you will be Reporting to the Team Leader, and you will ensure to provide first point resolution and endeavour to ensure all business goals are met.

The daily responsibilities as a Client Service Associate involve responding to enquiries from share plan participants, payrolls, Human Resources, Company Secretarial and other client contacts maintenance of the employee register including the preparation of Allocations and processing of Vesting related items that fall around these tasks.

Many of the duties will be required to be completed within accounting timetable deadlines.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accountable for meeting service levels through timely and efficient completion of work as requested by Team Leader.
  • Strive for first point resolution and endeavour to ensure all business goals are met.
  • Meet all internal benchmarks and client requirements.
  • Responding to enquiries from share plan participants, payrolls, Human Resources, Company Secretarial and other client contacts maintenance of the employee register including Preparation of Allocations and processing of Vesting related items that fall around these tasks
  • Maintain procedure documents and personal skills matrix.
