A role you will love

As our Internal/Change Communications Manager, you'll take the lead in developing and executing impactful change communication strategies for a range of significant projects, primarily large-scale change programmes. This exciting new 18-month fixed-term role within our Internal Communications function, reporting to the Head of Internal and Change Communications, offers the opportunity to shape global internal change communications, ensuring business objectives are met while keeping all stakeholders informed. You will:

  • Lead and implement global internal change communication strategies across various projects.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and manage communication for diverse initiatives.
  • Deliver comprehensive change communications across multiple channels to global and regional audiences.
  • Oversee communications to other key stakeholders, including clients and third parties.
  • Utilise your experience working effectively across time zones, cultures, and communication channels.

What will you bring to the role?

You are a proactive and strategic communications professional ready to make a significant impact. Your expertise will include:

  • Developing strategic change and internal communication plans, proactively identifying and evaluating evolving business needs.
  • Designing and delivering high-impact change and internal communication projects and campaigns for major organisational changes in a fast-paced environment with experience of HR type communications.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners and regional teams, offering strategic communication counsel and providing specialist change and internal communication advice.
  • Creating and delivering engaging, high-quality content including excellent copywriting across various communication channels (emails, videos, town halls, presentations), ensuring alignment with corporate branding and guidelines.
  • Ensuring change and internal communication strategies align with the broader global corporate communication strategy.
