Business Manager - Munich

This is a hybrid position primarily based in Munich. We're committed to your flexibility and wellbeing and our hybrid strategy currently requires two days a week in the office, giving you the option to work remotely for some of your working week. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Manager to join our dynamic CEO Office team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting the execution of the organization's strategy across seven countries in Continental Europe. You will work closely with country heads, analyse data to identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with country heads to foster regional alignment and achieve strategic goals.
  • Manage a diverse range of projects, including end-to-end execution.
  • Use data analysis to develop insightful recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted liaison for internal service providers (Technology, People & Legal).
  • Actively participate in incident management and develop effective remediation plans.
  • Support regional governance processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to the Front Office initiative and other CEO Office projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in business operations, management consulting, investor relations, or project management (minimum 1-3 years)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with a problem-solving approach
  • Reliable, accurate, and hands-on work ethic
  • Fluency in English; German and/or Italian language proficiency a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
