The Finance function is responsible for providing transactional accounting services; treasury, financial planning, analysis, reporting and commercial finance support to all business units and functions throughout Computershare, across all global locations.

As the Billing Officer, you will report to the Billing Team Leader and ensure timely and efficient processing of all client invoices.

The Billing Officer role operates within this function at a local level and must deliver billing services in Australia. The role must also work collaboratively across other Australian Finance and Operations teams, supporting continuous improvement and project-related activity.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collation of complex billing information using in-house systems, technical mapping, excel & reporting, reconciliation & review.
  • Liaising with Client Relationship Managers and Service Delivery staff and other areas as required to assist with client jobs, preparation, and processing of client invoices
  • Work closely with the Billing Team Leader to ensure key deliverables such as month end close offs are met
  • Update our system to reflect new clients and changes to client fee schedules
  • Monthly and Ad-Hoc Reporting
  • Assisting in the Annual Audits Reviews (Internal and External) and uploading monthly invoices to Third Party portal for payment
  • Support and contribute to billing projects and improvement ideas
