Location: Wanchai, Hong Kong
This role is a hybrid position and can be based from any of our Hong Kong office locations, with the option to work remotely for some of your working week. If you're currently in a fully remote role and are not within a commutable distance to a Computershare office, you're eligible to apply and maintain your remote working arrangement should you be the most suitable candidate for the position.

The Accounting Officer will join a team of experienced individuals and will be a part of a large Finance function. You will be looking after accounts payable duties.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for daily accounts payable (AP) duties, including but not limited to supporting validation, vouchering and arranging of payments (ad-hoc and weekly)
- Staff Reimbursement Checking
- Follow up and investigate on any payment enquiries
- Monitor the payment status
- Input payment entries after settlement
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations - not more than 5 accounts
What will you bring to the role?
- University / High Diploma Graduate in Accounting
- Experience in performing Accounts Payable
- Good communication skills, responsible, well planning and results orientated
- Immediately available / short notice
