The Account Manager III role is the most senior level position focused on administrating and managing distressed debt. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting trust and other legal documents to identify administration requirements and responsibilities. The role holder will be a primary point of contact for distressed debt account management, providing proactive communication and consultation, and coordination of internal partners for the effective delivery of Corporate Trust products and services.

The Account Manager III role operates at the national and local level and must meet and adhere to strict and contractual obligations and timelines. This also includes delivering these obligations with quality and accuracy standards. The role holder acts as a lead to junior level relationship/account managers and participates as an expert on various business initiatives. Additionally, the role holder works with various business partners to resolve the most complex account issues. The role will collaborate with internal and external team members to find appropriate solutions, then recommend and implement service enhancements, developments, or solutions to meet and exceed customer needs beyond our standard service offerings.

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

• Collaborating with external clients and internal team members to find appropriate solutions for the client's unique business needs

• Performing contractual document reviews and interpreting complex legal documents

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management policies; coordinates successorship activities

• Monitoring market changes and developments, translating into new value-add services while ensuring stellar customer satisfaction

• Recommend and implement service enhancements, introduce developments or solutions to meet or exceed customer and business expectation

What will you bring to the role?

• Minimum of 9 years of financial services, trust services or account management required

• Corporate Trust bond administration experience needed

• Corporate Trust distressed debt and workout bond administration experience needed

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience reading and interpreting complex legal documents and working with distressed debt transactions

• Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively, while exercising sound judgment

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent is strongly preferred

• Possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

• Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and resolution skills with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy

• Microsoft Excel proficiency is strongly preferred

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $91,976.00 - $137,963.00. This base pay range is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
