A role you will love

This role involves joining a dynamic team responsible for delivering expert administration, accounting, and financial reporting services for share plans. You'll work directly with corporate clients, contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our software and services, and have significant opportunities for professional growth and to take on new responsibilities within the company. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing corporate client relationships and participating in workshops.
  • Preparing IFRS and US GAAP-compliant accounting and disclosure reports for client share-based payment plans.
  • Providing financial reporting expertise (IFRS 2, IAS 12, IAS 33, IAS 19, and US GAAP equivalents).
  • Performing administrative tasks for client equity compensation plans, including direct contact with stakeholders.
  • Valuing financial instruments using option pricing and Monte Carlo simulation models.
  • Assisting with client and internal team education and training and contributing to product development.

Depending on qualifications, interests and requirements, candidates might get involved in other tasks and responsibilities

What will you bring to the role?

You'll come with a solid grasp of work routines and procedures for administering and supporting accounting and financial reporting for employee share plans. Be Highly motivated and can excel both independently and as part of a collaborative team. While specific share plan knowledge will be gained through on-the-job training, a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and other fundamental functional knowledge is highly valued along with a solid understanding of Excel. You'll be adept at working within defined technical and operational procedures, requiring proficient knowledge of their application with attention to detail. You'll also have strong customer service skills and a talent for building robust working relationships.

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, industrial economics, or a related field.. Recent graduates with a keen interest in this area are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication: Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Beneficial Knowledge: Any existing knowledge of share plans or IFRS 2, IAS 12, IAS 33, IAS 19, and/or related US GAAP standards would be a significant advantage, however, comprehensive training will be provided from start.
