A role you will love

As an entry level Account Manager, it will be your role to develop your knowledge within the share plans industry as well as to develop your skills in building and maintaining client relationships, you will work with our Global Client Service teams to build on these relationships and enhance the reputation of Equatex.

You will be expected to build good working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders. You will look after a rounded portfolio of clients to provide excellent customer service, delivering effective and efficient solutions which add value for our clients. The role will require you to prioritise all client requests, ensuring they are accurate, and quality checked before being executed by our service delivery teams and you will ensure the proper management of operations for our multinational clients in their administration of share plans.

Through your development you will gain the opportunity to manage our larger global client base giving you more exposure to the role. This role requires a hands-on approach from project planning to operational and administrative processing.

Main Duties:

  • Taking full ownership of client service delivery including creating, maintaining, and retaining client relationships and ensuring effective stakeholder management at all levels
  • Ensuring client requests are monitored and prioritised correctly including monitoring service levels and client satisfaction, reporting on client status and checking quality and completeness of all client requests before they are executed.
  • Event and project management, including planning and co-ordination, conducting presentations when required and leading client meetings and conference calls.
  • Being the primary interface between the client and the service delivery teams for regular and ad-hoc requests.
  • Analysing client plans and developing comprehensive solutions in close co-operation with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to set up the system configuration and underlying processes.

  • Be engaging - you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Have pride in your work - you possess good time management and organisation skills and pay attention to detail.
  • Be knowledgeable - you understand our clients' requirements and the importance of commercial awareness.
  • Be responsible - you will be fully accountable for your portfolio of clients and responsible for the overall service delivery for the client.
  • Have worked in the financial industry would advantageous or have an education with a business background understanding financial markets.
  • Have excellent spoken and written levels of English and German
