A role you will love
As an Account Management Manager (AMM), you will lead a team of Portfolio Service Managers to ensure accounts are managed to established expectations. You will be the escalation point for customer, audit, operations, and risk issues, and liaise with executive leadership to drive successful solutions for customers. You will also have the opportunity to play a critical role in developing and growing the Securities and Loan Custody Services.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Portfolio Service Managers focused on ensuring that all time-sensitive funding, trade settlements, payment and reporting activity is carried out in accordance with the customer's request and contractual requirements
- Customers include some of the top asset management firms, hedge funds, institutional issuers/borrowers and investors
- Contacts include senior leaders of our customer and our customer's service providers such as accounting firms, investment banks, lenders, etc. and various internal business partners such as sales, business development, legal, relationship managers and middle/back-office support teams
- Be available throughout each day to handle urgent deal issues, escalated challenges and concerns raised by constituents or customers, deal closings, new customer sales pitches, and customer calls
- Motivate your team to provide customer centric service and operational excellence
- Build and foster strong working relationships with other internal managers, as well as local and regional business partners to improve our business, create efficiencies, and mitigate risks
- Partner with various stakeholders to resolve complex account or systematic issues and solve our customer's business needs

Other key skills required for the role include:
- Minimum of 8 years of securities and loan custody administration experience
- Minimum of 3 years of strong management experience with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and achieve results
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to develop and present solutions in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrated change management skills with the ability to lead a team to grow, create efficiencies and mitigate risks
- Execute strategies tied to a common vision to create alignment
- Ability to leverage diversity and develop next level managers
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $100,000- $150,000. This base pay is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
