We're seeking a passionate Account Executive Manager to join our team! This is an exciting role in the Asset Reunification division within the Georgeson business, ideal for a strategic leader who excels at managing high-impact projects, driving process improvements, and mentoring a high-performing team of Account Executives. The Account Executive Manager also plays a key role in overseeing budgeting and forecasting, maintaining technical documentation, and producing critical financial and regulatory reports to support business operations.

A role you will love

The Account Executive Manager collaborates closely with key internal stakeholders-including Relationship Management, Global Core Operations, CCS, and CTS-as well as external partners such as Issuer clients and transfer agents outside of Computershare, to ensure the successful execution of business objectives. In addition, the Account Executive Manager supports business development efforts by serving as a subject matter expert for the Sales team and advising the Relationship Management team on strategies to identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and daily support to the Account Executive team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Communicate program updates clearly to stakeholders, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to meet financial and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues efficiently and direct inquiries to the appropriate resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Issuer clients, internal teams, and external partners to foster business growth.
  • Analyze financial performance of active programs to forecast future results, identify gaps, and support strategic planning and cost management.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Georgeson, Computershare, and industry best practices to lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to sales success by developing program materials, supporting sales efforts, and serving as a subject matter expert to help exceed targets.
  • Document and maintain updated procedures covering the technical aspects of the business.

What will you bring to the role?

You will bring a deep understanding of project and stakeholder management within the Asset Reunification space, along with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Their ability to navigate complex operational environments and drive continuous improvement will be essential to the success of the team and the broader business.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited university or college is preferred with a number of years of relevant work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. equity markets, stock transfer operations, and stakeholder or project management
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex programs within defined technical and operational frameworks
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring teams and driving performance
  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve multifaceted problems using sound judgment and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of financial impacts, with the ability to forecast, plan, and contribute to strategic business goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $80K - $105K. This base pay range is specific to Jersey City, and Edison, NJ and may not be applicable to other locations.
