The Transaction Operations Lean Process Excellence team is looking for a Lead Project Manager (Sr. Project Manager - Lean Six Sigma) to drive process improvement initiatives that make the organization more efficient, more effective, and more profitable. This role involves partnering with a broad scope of stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions. This individual will thrive in a high-growth, collaborative, dynamic environment and will create an environment that is relentlessly focused on continuous improvement. This is a full-time position that will report directly into the Sr. Manager of Lean Process Excellence.

NOTE: This is a hybrid position with an in office require requirement of twice per month.

At Compass You Will:

  • Lead high-impact Process Improvement projects
  • Define, track, and improve metrics 
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the team by owning the project pipeline.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership in multiple organizations to identify process improvement opportunities based on strategic alignment and potential return on investment. 
  • Lead regular business updates through Flash reports, Monthly Business Reviews, and Quarterly Time Savings Bridge reports.
  • Partner with Program and Product Managers to optimize in-product features to increase staff efficiency and reduce defects.
  • Be the primary owner of cost reduction and customer experience improvement targets.
  • Utilize statistical and analytical tools to analyze process data, identify root causes, and validate solutions
  • Assist with Six Sigma Training and mentor Six Sigma Green Belt candidates.
  • Drive change management efforts to ensure the successful implementation and sustainment of process improvements.

What We Look For:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a Process Improvement role and a track record of successful continuous improvement projects. Experience with process improvement in transactional processes is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Proficiency in data analysis required to make effective decisions as well as a high comfort level in operating with and making recommendations with partial information
  • Strong written communication skills and experience with using document writing to communicate project plans or strategy
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Degree in a quantitative field a plus
  • Good organizational, project management, and people skills, including a proven experience communicating key value messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, multitask, and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace with a bias towards action. 
  • Strong soft skills, including the ability to face challenges with a positive attitude.

Compensation:

The salary pay range for this position is a base pay of $125,400 - $137,900+; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
