Compa is looking for a strong, experienced engineer to help us revolutionize the way companies design and use compensation. We're applying the latest technology to tackle one of society's thorniest problems - paying people transparently, fairly, and equitably at scale. We need your help to build and scale Compa:

  • Compensation systems today are powered by secrets, back-channel emails, and arbitrary decisions. We need to build systems and tools that help compensation decision makers identify and implement better pay decisions.
  • Lead product development, ML systems development, and/or automated systems development.
  • Design and build products that scale technology across compensation decisions.
  • Develop infrastructure that enables other engineers at Compa to succeed.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers so that our engineering team can scale.
  • We're applying technology to build scalable solutions to one of society's toughest challenges - making compensation more transparent, fair, and equitable.
