The Senior Program Manager - Global Services role leads a team of program managers to execute and expand existing spares and repairs service programs, as well as define and implement a future Service Offering to meet our Airline Customer's needs. The position supports our Interiors Business Unit within Collins Aerospace.This is an onsite position based in Winston-Salem, NC.May be eligible for relocation.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead team of program managers to execute and expand existing Global Service Programs with key Airline Customers across the globe.
  • Lead IPT to transform and grow existing service offering to meet current and future customer demands, driving maximum value to Collins and Airline Customers.
  • Collaborate with Collins team including Aftermarket Sales, Value Stream Leadership, Business Development, Account Executives, and C&AM team to develop and execute Service Programs opportunities and strategies.
  • Drive improvements to customer satisfaction, on time delivery and financial performance.
  • Establish and manage monthly cadence of Program Reviews with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure collaboration with all internal functions including operations, supply chain, and planning to define and deliver customer solutions.
  • Drive customer intimacy through development and maintenance of relationships with airline customers.
  • Provide executive level briefings on current programs.
  • Manage team of program managers globally.
  • Act as escalation point to provide resolution to customer concerns regarding Service Programs.
  • Define, negotiate, execute and manage customer service program contracts.

  • Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience monitoring project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects is preferred.
  • Prior SIOP and/or Supply Chain experience is preferred.
  • Direct customer experience within the airline or aerospace industry is preferred.
  • Prior experience supervising or leading a team.
  • Ability to conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project.
  • Willing and able to travel 25% of the time (including international travel).
  • Aerospace product knowledge (processes, manufacturing techniques, quality requirements).

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
