Start your career with Collins Aerospace. The Material Associate II role focuses on inventory control performing weekly cycle counts. Includes counting and maintaining counts in SAP. This role will also support secondary function of the stock room including performing a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with kitting work orders, picking deliveries, and receiving operations in accordance with established procedures.Primary Responsibilities:

- Receives, checks, stores, issues and ships a variety of items and maintains inventory control.
- Prepares and packages small and large parts using proper procedures and materials.
- Proficiently uses computer hardware/software.
- Perform cycle counting to update inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate and expedite flow of materials meet production requirements.
- Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Uses assistance and/or powered mechanical means (not to include forklifts or high bay vehicles) to load, unload, store and deliver a variety of incoming and outgoing material.
- Uses assorted measuring and weight recording devices.
- Performs related duties as required within the scope of this job function.
- Typically requires a HS Diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Must be able to lift/move heavy parts and/or equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail, strong sense of organization.
- SAP experience.
