As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a IT Intern in our Seating business located in Kilkeel, Northern Ireland.

The successful candidate can expect to:

  • Ensure all reported application problems and helpdesk tickets are tracked and resolved in a timely manner
  • Carry out troubleshooting and fault fixing to maintain end-user systems and applications
  • Carry out the installation, upgrading and configuration of IT software
  • Ensure compliance of the Company's security policies and standards
  • Complete key administrative tasks within the department

Essential Criteria:

  • Working towards a degree in a relevant IT discipline
  • Customer service focused approach with a proactive and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrative ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • Experience of PC hardware setup and configuration
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows based environments
Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous IT helpdesk experience
