As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a IT Intern in our Seating business located in Kilkeel, Northern Ireland.
The successful candidate can expect to:
- Ensure all reported application problems and helpdesk tickets are tracked and resolved in a timely manner
- Carry out troubleshooting and fault fixing to maintain end-user systems and applications
- Carry out the installation, upgrading and configuration of IT software
- Ensure compliance of the Company's security policies and standards
- Complete key administrative tasks within the department

Essential Criteria:
- Working towards a degree in a relevant IT discipline
- Customer service focused approach with a proactive and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrative ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Experience of PC hardware setup and configuration
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows based environments
- Previous IT helpdesk experience
