Collins Aerospace is hiring an Integrated Logistics Support Manager to support our Sterling, Virginia location! In this role, you will:

  • Plans and executes all elements of an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) program that includes provisioning, support equipment, tools and test equipment, maintenance planning, level of repair analysis, and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) management for Simulation and Training Solutions
  • Analyzes contractual requirements, customer maintenance concept requirements, technical data, design data, and related reports to prepare Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) documentation
  • Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on new assignments. Participates in determining objectives of assignments. Plans, schedules, and arranges own activities to accomplish objectives on time and within budget
  • Coordinates with internal and external customers for all aspects of the ILS program
  • Oversees verification of spare parts inventory prior to shipment to customer sites
  • Designs and manages a customer training program that includes development and presentation of training materials for operators and maintainers
  • Assists in the development of policies, procedures, and instructions related to ILS to ensure quality and cost control

  • Mandatory Requirements
Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance is required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office O365 (Word, Excel, Power Point)

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
