As a HRBP at Collins Aerospace, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives this will include collaborating with business leaders to understand and address their HR needs, contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies that drive business success. You will be a trusted advisor to the business, managing employee relations issues and providing guidance to ensure a positive and productive work environment.Working within a dynamic and hands on team you will be working with leaders to identify and develop talent, implement workforce planning strategies, and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention. The role will also see you lead and support change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement and facilitate a smooth transition.   • Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist, preferably in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated track record of success.
  • Experience coaching leaders on HR issues.
  • Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization.
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Embedding people strategy in operations
  • Leading lessons learnt on complex absence/ER Case Management - Building best practices.
  • Identifying trends and insights on people issues
  • Support / Coach in change management initiatives
  • Embedding a Performance & Development Culture
  • Supporting the HR Team as and when required
  • Acting as a Deputy in the Head of HR's absence/ and when required
