The Configuration Management Analyst is responsible for management of the current electronic engineering change process within TeamCenter, and responsible for maintaining quality data and meeting the configuration management requirements of the business. It's key for the Configuration Management Analyst to actively work with IT and engineering to correct errors in the system and ensure business needs are met in the development of a Global TeamCenter PLM system.The candidate will also be responsible for receiving and loading Customer drawings and preparing Customer submittal packages for Change Requests.This is a hybrid position. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.Primary Responsibilities:

- To ensure correct and timely Engineering change (CR/CO) implementation to meet the needs of the business.
- Complete review tasks within the TeamCenter Engineering change workflow to ensure data is of a high-level quality.
- Ensure appropriate departments and responsible parties review and sign (physically or electronically) engineering changes in accordance with engineering and configuration management policies and procedures.
- Responsible for quality of data processed through the electronic change control system.
- Responsible for notification of CR/CO completion
- Work with TeamCenter development team to test fixes and improvements to current Engineering Change workflow. This includes working within a program development software to provide feedback to programmers and system architects.
- Represent Power Transmission Systems business in the development of a Global TeamCenter PLM system relative to Configuration Management role.
- Maintain familiarity with Customer Specs, AS9100, MIL Specs and Internal procedures relative to Configuration Management.
- Assist in the development of Configuration Management policies and procedures to ensure needs of business are documented.
- Attend Customer and Government Audits of the Engineering Change system
- Receive and load Customer documents into Teamcenter database
- Prepare Customer submittal packages for Change Requests
- Learn the process of printing drawings, specifications, and process books
- Maintain logs and retrieve date for and from offsite storage
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Ability to read and interpret requirements pertinent to CM requirements.
- Customer facing experience.
- Experience in defining problems, collecting data, and formulating solutions.
- Experience in Configuration Management, engineering technology.
