Purpose of Position: Reporting to the CMO, the Director, Demand Generation will be responsible for leading and collaborating with a lean global team and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and our external digital agency. You'll also work alongside our Marketing Operations to evaluate and adopt AI tools and marketing technologies that improve campaign efficiency and scale in a resource-constrained environment.
This is a foundational leadership role for a builder. You won't be optimizing someone else's playbook—you'll be creating your own. Our current demand programs are early-stage, and we're ready to invest in the right leader to bring focus, rigor, and creativity to our GTM motion. You'll own strategy and execution across digital, field, partner, ABM, and lifecycle campaigns, with a mandate to drive qualified pipeline and accelerate sales velocity.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Own the global demand generation strategy, with a primary focus on driving net-new pipeline from enterprise accounts.
- Design and execute full-funnel demand programs—digital, field, ABM, and partner—that align to buyer journeys and sales stages.
- Lead quarterly planning and forecasting for pipeline generation, partnering with the CMO, CSO, and Marketing Ops to align on targets and measure outcomes.
- Establish and report on KPIs that tie directly to pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI—driving continuous learning and iteration.
- Maintain a clear connection between demand programs and sales impact, partnering with Sales to ensure alignment on targeting, qualification, and follow-up strategy.
- Work closely with the Content and Product Marketing teams to activate messaging, content, and personas in-market across channels.
- Support field and partner marketers with programs tailored to regional go-to-market needs, while driving alignment and consistency across teams
- Optimize paid digital programs in partnership with our agency, ensuring efficiency, attribution accuracy, and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops to assess and adopt AI tools and marketing technologies that increase efficiency and personalization; support the strategy while Marketing Ops leads implementation and integration.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Proven success owning pipeline generation at a B2B SaaS and/or cybersecurity company.
- Deep understanding of integrated campaign strategy, digital performance marketing, ABM, and field marketing.
- Hands-on experience with modern marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and a performance mindset—you love setting goals, testing ideas, and learning from data.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment—able to prioritize ruthlessly and execute quickly.
- Experience working with Sales and Sales Leadership to align on pipeline targets, lead quality, and conversion strategy.
- Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Mutiny, Copy.ai, etc.) to scale campaign creation, content variation, segmentation, or reporting.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator—able to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum across cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing agency relationships and holding partners accountable for performance.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Marketing, Business) preferred
- 7-10+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
