Starting hourly rate range : $19.00 - 25.00 Per hour

Please note that hourly rates for this position are based on type of degree and expected date of graduation.

Canadian National Railway (CN) is excited to welcome a driven and curious individual for a full-time internship (40 hours/week).
Overview:
CN is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team in a full-time capacity. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain professional experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop key workplace skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support across various departments
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Help with tracking and organizing project-related information
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate on ongoing initiatives
  • Support coordination of activities and logistics
  • Contribute to data entry, analysis, and process improvement efforts
  • Engage in learning opportunities and training sessions

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
  • Experience with reporting tools like Tableau or SmartSheet is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of business systems such as SAP and ARIBA is an asset

Education:

  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any field, including but not limited to:
    • Business
    • Finance
    • Engineering
    • Supply Chain
    • Communications
    • Information Technology
    • Or any other relevant discipline

Note:
Any prior experience, coursework, or skills related to the above areas will be considered an asset.
