What does a successful Sales Operations Coordinator do?

This is a great entry level opportunity! We are looking for driven candidates that want to jump-start their career through an operational role supporting our sales executives. The Sales Operation Coordinator is responsible for assisting our sales reps with getting accounts approved by working hand in hand with our Underwriting team. What you will do:

  • Working with potential customers to get the necessary information and documentation needed to get them through the approval process.
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments.
  • Tracking all contacts and activity in our CRM database.
  • Working with our internal sales reps and Underwriting team members
  • Being comfortable engaging customers on the telephone.
  • Exhibiting outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable doing data entry and crosschecking data across multiple systems.
  • Demonstrating high degree of motivation, integrity, and competence to work in a fast paced team environment.

What you will need to have:

  • High school diploma required

What would be great to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • PC-literate with some Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Sales experience (retail or other) preferred
