Yes, our business is in real estate investing... but our greatest investment is in you!

Plans, designs and implements network systems of medium to large scale and moderate to high complexity. Projects include technology changes within the platforms, new implementation guidelines and/or standards. Conducts project planning, cost analysis and vendor comparisons. Provides customer solutions which encompass a broad range of engineering disciplines and technologies. Provides project management functions to develop and implement complex network plans to include technology changes within the organization. Supports and/or installs network applications and components.

What you'll do:


  • Establishes network specifications by consulting with users; analyzing workflow, assess information, and security requirements; router/firewall administration.
  • Implements and maintains, routers, gateways, remote access servers, domain servers, security firewalls, applications, servers and Internet or Intranet connections.
  • Maintains cloud infrastructure for optimal performance, maximum availability, minimal maintenance and reasonable cost.
  • Designs, configures, monitors and optimizes all LAN and wide area networks for optimal performance, maximum availability, minimal maintenance and reasonable costs.
  • Designs, configures, maintains and manages network security features for local and wide area networks by developing network access, monitoring, control and evaluation and maintaining documentation.
  • Performs customization and system administration for network management, task/project management, help desk, documentation and software packages on local and wide area networks.
  • Responsible for installation and upgrades of hardware and network account management, backup systems maintenance.
  • Works with telecommunications engineers to integrate voice, data and video applications on the local and wide area networks.
  • Analyzes, recommends and evaluates new hardware, software and communications products for network compatibility and applicability. Develops, maintains and updates a library of technical documentation.
  • Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and consulting with vendors when necessary.
  • Performs advanced diagnostics and maintenance on desktop devices when additional expertise is required.
  • Works with cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of information technology.
  • Assists in the training of other information systems personnel to improve their technical skills.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in managing computer networks
  • 3+ years' experience in network architecture and deployment
  • Switching (Capacity Planning & VLAN's)
  • WAN Technology
  • Voice Technologies (POTS, VoIP, SIP Trunks)
  • Cisco
  • SonicWALL
  • Azure and FortiGate Firewall experience required
  • Familiarity with VPNs, VOIP, SIP Trunks, BGP, VLAN, Large Scale Wireless Deployments
  • Security software such as Firewalls, Anti-virus, Anti-SPAM, Anti-Spyware, WAF, Vulnerability Scans and other security related technologies
  • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
  • Real Estate experience is a plus
  • SharePoint 2013 experience is a plus
  • Able to multi-task and perform any task required by specific job situation
