Role Summary:
A UX Designer works as part of the User Experience team to transform complex tasks into intuitive designs for Cinemark digital platforms. In this highly collaborative role, they work together with other designers, developers, product owners and business analysts, as well as the customer experience and creative teams, to define problem statements, research users and design solutions that meet both customer and business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the business to understand new initiatives and builds out the user experience for those initiatives using visual designs and prototyping tools
- Works with the development team to understand constraints and design experiences that advocate for the needs of the user while working within technology constraints
- Participates in daily standups, reviews, refinement, and planning meetings
- Utilizes user testing techniques to regularly test both new and existing experiences for Cinemark digital properties
- Ability to design user experiences from basic concepts to high-fidelity designs
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in UX design and research
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working within an Agile development lifecycle
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to work with the development team and stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Must be able to work with limited supervision and be proactive
- Demonstrable experience with Figma, and proficiency with Adobe products including Photoshop and Illustrator
- General understanding of modern digital application architecture and overall understanding of the workings of our primary digital channels on web and mobile
