Role Summary:
The Senior Category Manager, Food & Beverage - Non-Alcoholic Beverages (NAB) will be an essential part of the Food & Beverage team, leading the growth and enhancement of our core fountain, frozen and bottled business. They will be responsible for continuing to co-develop and execute strategies surrounding the growth of this core business. This role will engage with several departments including (but not limited to) Operations, Marketing, and Purchasing. The Senior Category Manager will work with Food and Beverage leadership as well as external partners such as, but not limited to, The Coca-Cola Company, Keurig - Dr. Pepper, and ICEE to develop and execute longer-term and short-term growth strategies.
The Senior Category Manager, Food & Beverage - Non-Alcoholic Beverages will report directly to the Director of Core Beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies key opportunities to drive sales and basket size through assortment, promotions, bundles, customer experience enhancements, and operations execution
- Analyze and track key program metrics
- Develop selling presentations to support program initiatives and updates to Food & Beverage leadership
- Manage day-to-day relationships with NAB partners
- Collaborate on the operational support of Cinemark NAB Equipment and products
- Work closely with Theatres to troubleshoot and resolve local NAB issues
- Work with NAB partners to ensure continuous supply movement
- Work with NAB partners to align on NAB Brand initiatives and In-Theatre promotions that support category growth and meet NAB Brand goals
- Partner with F&B eCommerce team to assist in development of eCommerce programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 7+ years of direct and hands-on experience in food and beverage category management
- Beverage category management experience or knowledge is a plus
- Food and Beverage Operations experience is a plus
- Experience with planogram software a plus
- Strategic planning and creative thinking in driving continued category growth
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, for external and internal purposes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
