Role Summary:
Creates and maintains the vision for internally developed point-of-sale application and maintains the product backlog by working with the business to set goals and priorities within an Agile Scrum methodology.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the development team daily, representing the business needs in the development process
- Works to identify and negotiate constraints with the development team, business, and other technical stakeholders
- Collaborates with the business customers to understand needs and vision and represent their interests in the development process
- Works with business analysts, quality assurance, and developers to write user stories and accepts the stories on behalf of the business
- Participates in daily standups, reviews, refinement, and planning meetings
- Works to bridge development, business, and other stakeholders in alignment on product vision and goals; manages expectations with the business
- Works with senior management to understand and align product vison with strategic company goals
- Communicates with business stakeholders on a regular basis to communicate product and development status
- Coordinates the delivery of applications with development and business stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience managing projects, preferably within an Agile software development environment
- Understands and believes in the Agile development principles
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to interface with the development team, internal customers, management, and external vendors
- Training in modern project management methodologies, such as Agile Scrum or PMP
- An attitude towards continuous improvement, demonstrated through consistent training and improvement of skills
- Must be able to work with limited supervision and be proactive.
- Basic understanding of Azure DevOps or equivalent software development collaboration tools
- General overall understanding of modern application architecture and overall IT infrastructure concepts-primarily in a Microsoft centric environment
- Candidates with extensive theatrical exhibition and technology experience are encouraged to apply
