Role Summary:

Responsible for the IT infrastructure of the theaters, offices, datacenter and cloud, including projects, installations, monitoring, availability, performance, configuration and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations, processes, procedures, tools and technologies to deliver IT infrastructure services, focusing on standardization, automation, performance, availability and business continuity;
  • Ensure compliance and maintenance of Information Security and IT Governance policies of assets under the responsibility of the area;
  • Manage contracts, suppliers, service levels (SLAs), projects and operational indicators of IT Infrastructure;
  • Manage the team, defining development and succession plans, productivity and performance control, and ensuring the alignment between individual, area and business objectives;
  • Define and control the budget, CAPEX and OPEX, always seeking to apply alternatives for more efficient use of resources and investments;
  • Ensure application of best practices and compliance with HQ determinations, periodically reporting key indicators of the area and actively participation in weekly teleconferences;
  • Manage high complexity environments, managing business dependency of IT and related risks;
  • Assisting business and systems areas to address needs and opportunities, including investments and efficient use of existing or new technologies;
  • Ensure innovation in IT infrastructure through process, product or service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft and Linux operating systems; VMware Virtualization; AD and DNS; Monitoring tools; Backup technologies and processes; antivirus; Cloud platforms (Azure and / or AWS); Office 365 and SaaS tools;
  • Cisco Networking: UCS, routers, switches (Nexus), firewall, Wireless and IP Telephony.
  • Relational and BI database
  • 10 years of experience in IT, with 5 in leadership positions.
  • Microsoft and Cisco certifications. Desirable ITIL and / or COBIT.
  • Project management, change management, IT governance, IT operation and customer support services
  • Integration of systems, analysis of logs and audit trails, architecture of web solutions\
  • Customer focus; Good interpersonal relationship; Continuous learning; Working under pressure and emotional stability; Analytical and disciplined profile; problem solving and assertive decision making; negotiation capacity and conflict resolution; Focus on results; Team development and leadership; Planning and teamwork; Proactivity
