Overview:

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic (CTC), the employed medical group of CHRISTUS Health, is seeking a General Cardiologist to join its expanding team in San Antonio. Cardiology with CHRISTUS at Westover Hills hospital is the only comprehensive cardiology group serving the rapidly growing Westover Hills area—one of the fastest-developing regions in the city. CHRISTUS Santa Rosa – Westover Hills is undergoing a $300M expansion, positioning it as a premier destination for advanced cardiac care.

Position Highlights:

  • General cardiology in both inpatient and outpatient settings

  • Based at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa – Westover Hills

  • Monday–Friday schedule (half-day Fridays for admin)

  • Supported by 2 NPs and 1 PA (expanding to 5 APPs); APPs assist with rounding

  • Strong referral base from daily NP consults and hospital volume

  • Services include echo, nuclear, ABI (in development), and 3 Cath labs

Qualifications:

  • Board certified/eligible in Cardiovascular Disease

  • Open to current fellows

  • Texas license or eligibility

  • Echo/nuclear certification preferred
