Systems Analyst III, 3P Services

Overview

As a Systems Analyst III, you will contribute your design, analytical, and problem-solving skills in support of Chick-fil-A's 3rd Party Delivery experiences and integrations. You will support Customer Technology Solutions dev teams, within the Digital Transformation and Technology (DTT) department, dedicated to integrating with national delivery partners as well as delivery "ghost" kitchens to maintain and expand on demand delivery platforms for Chick-fil-A.

The role partners with stakeholders in the Marketing, Tax & Restaurant Accounting departments, as well as other teams within DTT, such as Staff Technology Solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand the current delivery pain points encountered by Operators, Team Members, and 3rd Party drivers, then iterate on delivery solutions to meet their needs. You will primarily work to provide clear technical requirements & user stories for complex features for our staff-led "common" services pod, while also assisting with the development and configuration for those features.

Responsibilities

- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for systems.
- Solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Speak confidently with functional and technical partners about 3rd Party Delivery systems.
- Leverage system expertise to support and troubleshoot moderately complex issues.
- Create documentation (requirements, process maps, test plans, etc.)
- May support the work of more junior people on broader team, functional partners, or vendors related to areas of work.
- May assist with upgrades, perform backups, identify customizations, and enable new features for systems.
- May work as part of a project team representing systems to deliver small to medium projects.
- Contribute ideas around the lifecycle of system and communicates details regarding system initiatives in meetings, discussions, or brainstorming sessions.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired
COMPUTER ENGINEERING, COMPUTER SCIENCE, OR RELATED TECHNICAL FIELD
2 YRS. RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
