Overview
Senior Team Leaders on the Restaurant Financial Data & Systems team are responsible for recommending strategic direction and implementing change with Restaurant Operators, cross-functional staff teams and external vendors. They represent systems and data with significant scope and complexity based on the number of users, size of budget or complexity of connected processes. They may also select, lead, and negotiate with outside partners. They usually manage more than one complex or significant project and/or system at a time, from development of business case to execution and monitoring post-rollout. They may also recommend and implement strategic business changes to system strategy (build/buy, multi-vendor portfolio, addressing vendor issues) and/or data infrastructure strategy. Planning and project management across cross-functional teams are key. This role involves a combination of people leadership, cross-functional influence, strategic planning and project leadership, and a commitment to know and improve the data and systems that the team works with.

The individual in this role will have responsibility for Product Management as a practice within the RFD&S team and several key Restaurant systems for US Restaurants, including scheduling, timekeeping, payroll and HR systems. With the team they lead, this individual will make strategic decisions about the strategy and roadmap for these systems and lead teams and vendors through phases of the system lifecycle. This individual will also maintain key partnership connections with critical cross-functional teams across the business as part of established Product Management practices.

Responsibilities
- Lead work to support one or more systems or data sets of considerable scope or complexity, including delegation of work and assurance of ongoing execution
- Lead cross-functional efforts across a large department or group of sub-departments, which may include the development and maintenance of plans or project tracking visibility tools
- Responsible for recommending system strategy (in-house/outsourced, roadmap, infrastructure) for decentralized restaurant systems and/or data strategy for key data sets
- Work cross-functionally to accomplish that strategy by developing a business case and execution plan, and monitoring results for complex or large-scale initiatives directly affecting all Restaurants
- Select and oversee vendors to effectively deliver outcomes and results
- Represent a system or set of data as a key SME in the organization by representing and addressing issues such as data access, tools and methodologies, and business context for evolving needs
- Proactively and effectively communicate with stakeholders holding divergent perspectives and opinions
- Serve as point of escalation for general vendor or system issues
- Responsible for people leadership (including selection, development, and coaching) within team
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytics and research skills, analytical & problem-solving skills, and project management experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading others in project teams, cross-functional teams, or people leadership
- Experience with HRIS technologies, including but not limited to HR, scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll systems
- Experience in Product Management
- Relevant experience with project management, business process change initiatives and/or systems implementations
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale initiatives, particularly large-scale technology implementations
- Relevant experience in talent and/or workforce management
- Familiarity with and understanding of the labor environment within the restaurant and/or retail industry
- 7+ years' experience
