Principal Program Lead, FCR Systems
Overview
The FCR Systems team exists to bridge restaurant financial business needs with technology to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data while maintaining and enhancing processes and systems to support the growth of Chick-fil-A.
The Principal Program Lead, FCR Systems plays a critical role in connecting and translating business value and goals to delivery of restaurant financial technology solutions. This lead is responsible for programs and enhancements to critical restaurant financial systems, data and processes relied upon by Operators and staff in the organization. Solid partnerships across the business are critical to the success of this leader as there is immense collaboration to lead and influence complex programs/projects and maintain our critical restaurant financial systems and processes with significant impact to the organization.

Responsibilities
- Leads and influences the strategic direction for the FCR systems, data and integrations within multiple complex projects/programs simultaneously
- Plans/directs the outcomes of multiple restaurant financial systems projects and enhancements from initial business request to implementation; this includes project management, design, development, testing, training, implementation and change management.
- Influences strategic direction of team to ensure prioritization of projects, enhancements and issue resolutions in restaurant financial systems and integrations align with business values and goals
- Recommends and maintains controls within our restaurant financial systems to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial data and reporting outputs for both Operators and staff.
- Identifies and solves complex restaurant financial system, integration and data problems
- Maintains understanding of Financial Services business processes, with specific deep knowledge around restaurant financial processes, restaurant financial systems, integrations, data flow, and reporting
- Provides leadership and consultation to outside consultants and partners as needed to ensure external resources are stewarded well and delivering expected outcomes (includes assisting with selection)
- Develops and maintain strong partnerships with cross functional partners across the business; engage in alignment and tradeoffs discussions as needed
- May participate in steering teams or councils (i.e. Restaurant Payroll Council)
- Partners with Legal on validation and signoff of restaurant financial data in the Franchise Disclosure Documents
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or other related fields
- 6+ years of experience
- Knowledge of CFA financial systems and integrations
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to solve complex issues and problems
- Ability to productively challenge the status quo
- Project and change management skills
- Sound business judgment
- Ability to build trusted relationships and work cross-functionally
- Ability to influence inside and outside of organization
- Ability to manage multiple, complex workstreams simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience leading project teams and managing diverse workstreams.
- CPA certification
- Knowledge of:
- CFA financial systems and integrations
- FCR processes and requirements
