Overview

As a Technical Product Owner within Moments DNA, you will join the team responsible for delivering technology capabilities that enable personalized customer experiences digitally. Moments DNA is a team aimed at building a centralized, real-time view of the customer (Composable CDP) to understand customer behavior, preferences, and needs. This enables more personalized marketing and customer service to better care for and serve our customers. The Moments DNA products include the development of a single view of all customer interactions (called "Customer 360") and integration with various marketing and customer engagement systems.

In this role, you will understand and own the complex integrations between Moments DNA and other Chick-fil-A systems, including customer data platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer relationship management systems. You will lead the improvement and optimization of current systems as well as creating and executing the strategy for new implementations and future growth. You will partner with the Moments DNA agile development team, other customer digital feature teams, and marketing and business stakeholders.

This Project Full-time role is a temporary, full-time position up to a maximum of 36 months.

Responsibilities

  • Leading product development for Agile teams.
  • Driving sprint backlog prioritization and roadmap alignment.
  • Maximizing business value per sprint.
  • Ensuring high uptime, security, and quality.
  • Writing and refining user stories, themes, and epics with clear definitions of done.
  • Facilitating team needs, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and acceptance testing.
  • Representing team efforts internally.
  • Managing cross-team dependencies, releases, and relationships with stakeholders.
  • Attending retrospectives and driving continuous improvement.
  • Budget management.
  • Mentoring other Product Owners and possibly managing multiple backlogs.
  • Triaging issues with Moments DNA systems and solving complex problems.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for the functionality, architecture, and data setup for the Customer 360 platform and related systems.
  • Gathering technical requirements, executing technical development, and directing vendors to optimize current systems for growth and new features, including platform upgrades, system configurations, and API integrations.
  • Partnering with developers and customer digital feature teams to determine optimal solutions.
  • Owning complex projects such as platform upgrades, new integrations, and platform selections.
  • Serving as the expert on Moments DNA data and understanding the implications for new integrations.
  • Understanding the overall Customer Digital strategy and leading large innovative projects for Moments DNA systems.
  • Partnering and overseeing vendor development for enhancements and integrations to systems.
  • Leading and participating in cross-functional teams to design and deliver large projects, providing both technical and functional solutions to help Marketing, CTS, and cross-functional teams achieve goals and objectives.
  • Creating, leading, and influencing the customer digital content management and distribution strategy for customer-facing interfaces, including web, app, commerce, email, and campaign management.
  • Working with other teams in DTT to document, develop, test, and support solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and standardize systems.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years creating and/or contributing to technical systems
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and content management solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and desire to work collaboratively
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organized and comfortable with managing project details


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Sitecore Web Content Management system
  • Experience with .net development
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience with vendor led development
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Exposure to working with marketing teams on feature development
