To help deliver on that mission, Chewy is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting Services team. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience while performing flawlessly across a high volume of recruiting service tickets.
As a Senior Talent Experience Specialist, you will own end-to-end coordination of the interview process, ensure ticket resolution against defined service level agreements, and act as a subject matter expert for coordination issues. You’ll support operational initiatives, mentor peers, and help optimize how we deliver recruiting support across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews with precision and speed across multiple time zones and partners.
- Own and resolve recruiting tickets related to interview scheduling, background checks, offer letters, and other Recruiting Service tasks with a focus on throughput, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Act as a go-to partner for Recruiting Coordinators, providing real-time guidance on complex or raised scheduling requests and process roadblocks.
- Ensure candidates receive timely, clear, and accurate information about logistics, itineraries, and status updates throughout the hiring process.
- Identify inefficiencies in scheduling and ticket workflows. Document current processes, propose optimizations, and implement agreed-upon solutions.
- Track and report on individual metrics, highlighting execution risks and trends to Recruiting Services leadership.
- Support the onboarding and upskilling of new Recruiting Coordinators by delivering training, sharing best practices, and maintaining learning resources.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and high-caliber experience.
- Contribute to special projects aimed at evolving the Recruiting Services function, driving innovation, and scaling operations.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of professional experience, including 1+ years in a recruiting coordination or operations-focused role.
- Proven experience managing a high volume of requests while maintaining service quality and meeting SLAs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting multiple partners with professionalism, discretion, and a customer-first approach.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex scheduling or logistical issues.
Bonus
- Experience with Greenhouse, ServiceNow, and Workday.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Previous experience mentoring peers or supporting team onboarding.
- Background in customer service, HR operations, or administrative support.
What You'll Get
- A place where you can be your authentic self and grow your career. Our pet parents and partners are from everywhere—different places and different walks of life. It is what makes them unique. Likewise, Chewtopians are encouraged to bring their points of view to deliver on our mission!
- Work in a culture that cares, with managers who value you and your career journey. Be empowered to think big, thrive on delivering results, and to become your best.
- Development of meaningful connections with a diverse group of Chewtopians through Team Member Resource Groups and celebrate inclusivity with various company events, programs, and activities.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision benefits, in addition to wellness programs and resources, enabling you to be your best self in and outside of work.
