As part of this mission, The Chewy Health team is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Individual Contributor) to join our high-performing Product team in Bellevue (WA), Boston (MA), or Plantation (FL).  You will help us build a suite of services that will enable veterinarians to provide great experience to Chewy’s pet parents and pets across the full lifecycle of care. This position is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a team that seeks to reinvent how care is delivered in the pet health industry, and work in one of the most dynamic and innovative teams at Chewy.

As Senior Product Manager, you will be pivotal in defining and implementing the vision for the how vets engage with Chewy and our pet parents digitally. You will work directly with enterprise customers to build new products and services offerings.  You will collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Design, Technology, Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Executive teams to create, build, and implement a product vision and multi-year roadmap to complement the growth of Chewy Healthcare business. What you'll do:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for enterprise vets’ engagement with Chewy and Pet Parents. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Work directly with enterprise customers to create/scale new products and services offerings. Use your customer’s first mentality to guide the development and delivery of best-in-class customer experiences. 
  • Serve as a cross-organizational product and business leader; find opportunities and risks, and drive accountability for goals and key performance indicators across verticals and business units.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure successful product development and launch. Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication to achieve collective goals.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmap and prioritize product backlog ensuring product vision aligns with both customer and business goals. 
  • Define and analyze measures of success (KPIs) for new features and enhancements; transform these customer and business insights into clear requirements for product enhancements and new features. 
  • Monitor performance of your product(s) and measure impact of product enhancements; communicate impact clearly across the organization and use to drive prioritization.
  • Collaborate with analytics, data science, design and engineering resources to deliver features with strong customer and business value. 

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of proven product management experience. Proficient in analyzing and effectively communicating metrics to support recommendations. Experience in B2B product management will be a plus.
  • Sustained track record of driving business value and improving product with data insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with experience presenting to senior executives.
  • Strong customer management skills, particularly with leadership, and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion.
  • BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Passion and curiosity
  • Flexibility for periodic travel (10%-20%)

Bonus:

  • Experience with system integration and API development, preferably with enterprise-level systems in the Vet industry.
  • Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial and fast paced culture.
  • Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces

 

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.

Base Salary Range
$141,000$225,500 USD
