Our Opportunity:

At Chewy we are building a Retail Operations team to become the most trusted and convenient destination for our pet partners to conduct business and are looking for a Sr. Program Manager in either our Plantation, FL, Boston, MA, or Bellevue, WA locations. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop process and KPIs for collecting feedback, identifying solutions, and launching process improvements across the end-to-end business development and new assortment onboarding
  • Develop an Assortment Ops program roadmap that ensures we are prioritizing speed to market goals and onboarding new SKUs efficiently.
  • Develop multiple mechanisms to scale speed to marketing including (but not limited to) WBR reporting, weekly new item oboarding, etc.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced setting or similar Customer Service or Partner Success environment directly managing multiple, cross-functional programs.
  • Experience leading and coordinating product, merchandising, and operations relationships.
  • Proficient in using project management software tools (Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Word, Confluence, JIRA, Oracle CRM, etc.) to lead and optimize process workflows, including maintenance of key project details and data points.
  • Proven ability to use analytical, innovative, and quick-on-your-feet thinking to adapt workback plans while still delivering on time.
  • Demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently illustrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Great teammate, passionate about motivating and/or mentoring Team Members, encouraging a positive team environment and culture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Learning and Development, Operations, or related field.
  • Travel is expected 10% of the year.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.

Base Salary Range
$155,500$222,000 USD
