​Executes the designs and roadmaps developed by Cloud Architects. Supports Cloud Architects in solution definition, development, build, and test of major/minor infrastructure features and functionalities.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Participate in Azure Cloud/Digital Related Business Requirement discussions and design sessions.
  • Perform Azure cloud development and design work that may include logical system design, cloud architecture analysis and design, and systems engineering.
  • Implement and automate Azure services thru DevOps Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices following standards and best practices.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Azure environments and services
  • Design and implement application security for Azure cloud native solutions
  • Collaborate with software engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
  • Modify and improve existing systems.
  • Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems.
  • Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
  • Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience in related roles.
  • Agile Project Execution and Troubleshooting- Demonstrated ability to develop execution plans to meet business objectives; identify and mitigate risk; anticipate, recognize, and resolve operational problems; and determine root causes of incidents and create solutions.
  • Technology Deployment- Demonstrated ability to document processes; learn and apply knowledge of new products and emerging technology; leverage technology practices, standards, and procedures; apply IRM policies, standards, and controls; manage mid-sized infrastructure evaluation and deployment projects; and lead introduction of technology.
  • Communication and Teamwork- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, consider the views and concerns of others, achieve objectives through teamwork, and deliver consistently on commitments. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies (Ansible, Azure Active Directory)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience in Multi-discipline Software Engineering and development roles.
  • Core skills for Cloud Administration, Network and Security
  • Ability to code/script to automate cloud services using C, C#, C++, .NET, VS.NET, ASP.NET, PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, XML, Python, YAML
  • Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CentOS, Ubuntu, and MS Office products.
