Chevron is seeking a Global Executive Hiring Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition COE team, to support recruiting for various exempt level roles at the Sr. Manager and above level. The successful candidate will have a collective expertise in sourcing, conducting behavioral interviews, building strong hiring manager and human resource partner relationships, and owning and managing the recruiting process to affect successful and timely hires. In this role, the selected candidate will gain the opportunity to continually develop their recruiting expertise and support Chevron during an exciting time of Energy Transition.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Develop and oversee a comprehensive recruitment process targeting senior, executive-level candidates.
Maintain relationships with internal management and stakeholders across the organization at all levels, operating with the highest degree of ethical standards and confidentiality.
Manage partnerships with third party executive, retained search firms and associated vendor management activities such as contracts and contract optimization, advanced analytics and reporting, and cycle time metrics to name a few.
Stay abreast of latest industry trends and competitor benchmarking while maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates is imperative.
In addition, the role will have a Talent Acquisition Project component as required, approximately 20% of role when hiring needs aren’t as high.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
2+ years of experience recruiting executive level positions within an agency and/or corporate environment.
Demonstrate great communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Project management experience
